An experienced and educated staff who will help you make the best buying decision by evaluating your needs and preferences every time you come in the store. Our emphasis is on building relationships and trust, not simply selling products. We have instilled in our staff that “we are only as good as the last bottle of wine we sell”. Toward that end, we literally taste thousands of wines, beers and liquors so you don’t have to taste the bad ones. To maintain our edge, Chan promotes and fosters professional development among the staff. We also have a strong presence of food and beverage experience among our management and consultant staff with restaurant backgrounds. Wine Cellar Consultation is available in the construction of wine cellars. We also offer wine strategy and assistance customized to individual needs and budgets. To assist our customers in implementing their wine cellar strategies, we offer “futures” and “direct import” advice and assistance.

Gift Department – “the gift that’s never returned” – services include custom designed and pre-made baskets along with a corporate gift program and gift cards.

Accessories and “Wine Toys” are offered in an extensive selection of wine openers, crystal glassware, wine racks, martini and entertaining accessories and … much … much … more.

Cigars are offered at all of our locations since we have teamed with the area’s best cigar merchant Harbor Cigars to offer a fine selection.

Catering is also available through Chef Alison of our Destin location. She commands the Wine & Martini Bar food selections.

Party Planning Specialists since 1979, we can plan for beverages that suit your budget and your preferences. We will also help calculate the quantity of products you will require based on the number of guests, length of the party, etc. Whether you need a full bar with all the mixers, assorted wines for 12 to 1200, imported and micro-brewed beers or a combination of everything, the staff at Chan’s Wine World will take the worry out of your party, including delivery.
