The cheese plate after my beer tasting was fantastic. I know when I first came into the store a couple months ago there was talk of changing up the beer menu. I wanted to start working on that and need a little information from you guys! How many beers do you want to carry in your selection? Also, do you want me to look at pairing any of the beers with any of your entrees? If so, can you tell me what your most popular entrees are?
