Friday, April 24th, 5pm
The Sandestin Wine Festival will be hosting a very special cheese seminar on the world’s most sought after cheese style – Washed Rind. This is a fun, in depth learning experience where cheese professionals will explain and define such exotic cheese as Epoisses, raw milk Morbier and Tallegio. You’ll savor them in tortes and turnovers and of course with beautiful wines graciously offered by Vineyard Brands. This is a treat NOT to miss! Limited classroom like seating. Saturday, April 25th, 12pm to 4pm
Sunday, April 26th, 1pm to 5pm
The Cheese Pavilion will feature an eclectic selection of cheeses sure to please your senses. From Manchego and Mahon from Spain to Samsoe and Havarti with Dill from Denmark. Freshly baked baguettes and fantastic wines will be expertly matched with the cheeses to enhance the experience. In addition, samples of every cheese will be made available for purchase.
