Nobody beats our prices … Guaranteed!

Should you find a lower price at any other store, we will match it on the spot – guaranteed!

If you show us a lower price from another store on a brand new identical item at the time of purchase, we will match it. Our price is the final price you pay after any discounts, coupons, instant savings, and mail in savings.

(Must be an identical, in-stock item. Excludes free product offers, special orders, services, Internet purchases, liquidation, ad errors, clearance, and close out items. Proof of competitor price must be presented at time of purchase and cannot be older than 14 days.)

How do we handle a price match if the other store’s advertised price or coupon includes an instant savings, mail-in rebate, gift card, or free promotional product offer?
We will match the adjusted point of sale price, which is calculated by deducting any instant savings offers that are applied at the point of sale, such as instant rebates and coupons. We do not take the mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card, free promotional product or equivalent into account when matching prices. We do not match free products offered with a purchase.

What items do we include in our Price Match Guarantee?
We include almost all new items that are identical and in-stock. This means the item must have the same vintage, varietal, size and features. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the price advertised from an authorized U.S. brick and mortar store. We reserve the right to verify all information.

Which items and services are not available for price match?
We do not match prices on services, which include delivery. We do not match items sold on internet sites. Taxes, ad errors, closeouts, clearance, liquidation, free product offers, and special orders are also excluded.

Are quantities limited on price-matched products?
Yes. We may limit the quantities sold to each customer.

Which companies’ prices do we match?
The qualifying competitors are: Publix, Winn Dixie, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, ABC Liquors, Total Wine & Spirits, Carousel, SFM Liquors, Beach Liquors.

How do we calculate our net price?
Our net price is the final price that you pay after using any coupon offers, instant savings, and mail in savings offers. For example, if we sell a product for $10, with a $2 instant savings offer and $2 mail in savings offer, our adjusted “point of sale” price is $8, but our net price is $6.

How do we handle a price match if the Web-Competitor’s advertised price or coupon includes an instant savings, mail-in rebate, gift card, or free promotional product offer?
We will match the Web-Competitor’s adjusted point of sale price, which is calculated by deducting any instant savings offers that are applied at the point of sale, such as instant rebates and coupons. We do not take the mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card, free promotional product or equivalent into account when matching prices. We do not match free products offered with a purchase.

Are there any other exclusions?
We do not match service prices, including but not limited to delivery or special orders. We do not match our third party providers’ products and, other brick and mortar retailers, or items sold on internet auction sites or at local or special events (e.g. grand openings, closeouts, clearances, liquidations, anniversary sales). Also we will not price match taxes, typographical errors or special offers from a manufacturer.

Will we provide a price match if the Competitor does not have the item in stock or states that quantities are limited?
No. Sometimes a Competitor will advertise a low price for a product while having only a limited supply of the item. If our Competitor is out of stock, or states in their ad that quantities are limited, the product is not eligible for the Low Price Guarantee. We reserve the right to verify that our Competitor has the product in stock at the low price.

Does Wine World accept coupons from Competitors?
Yes. Coupons are accepted in-store only. Acceptance of coupons from the Competitor is subject to the terms and conditions listed on the coupon. Wine World does not accept Competitor coupons for free/promotional or non-identical products.

Although we make every effort to avoid errors, we are not responsible for printing or typographical errors. Our prices may vary based upon your order, delivery location(s) and the applicable retail store location. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantity sold including the right to refuse sales to resellers. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase made contrary to the terms of any offer, discount, promotion or coupon or that otherwise is not in compliance with our policy or applicable state and federal law.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, including Wine World gift cards and Personal credit card accounts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We reserve the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to us in our sole discretion.
