Thierry’s unending search for terroir driven, quality varietals has already made big waves in recent years. Novellum, the original title for this chardonnay, has been renamed as Thierry did not have the rights to that name. So Superbe was born!
The Chardonnay is very aromatic, soft with a nice touch of oak. The wine is well balanced and elegant with good acidity. Pairs well with Italian Fontina cheese
Thierry also makes a Merlot we are thrilled to have. It’s a perfect dinner wine with good tannins, muted fruit and a lingering finish. Pairs well with Comte cheese.
